This is a prototype and I need your honest feedback.

You run a parcel hub that's always one parcel away from chaos. Sort the ringed parcel at your station into its color bay (number keys or tap). Wrong bay heats the belt; a full heat bar overflows and costs you cash. Earn, buy a longer belt, hire sorting arms — then franchise out for a permanent multiplier.

Franchising isn't just bigger numbers: each one adds a parcel color, rearranges the bays, and speeds the whole depot up. Priority parcels (✦) pay ×5 and the robots can't read them, so the busiest moments stay yours.

First franchise takes about 10 minutes. Progress saves in your browser. Plays fine muted.

What I most want to know:

  1. Where did you stop playing, and why?
  2. Was sorting fun BEFORE you bought your first sorting arm?
  3. Did anything feel unfair?

Deliberately ugly (rectangles) — I'm testing whether the loop is fun before drawing anything.

No accounts, no cookies, no personal data: your save stays in your own browser, and I count anonymous page events (game started, first upgrade, session length) to see where people stop. Nothing identifies you.

On the AI disclosure: I ticked every box, so here is exactly what that means. The code was written by an AI assistant (Claude) working from my design direction, and I playtested and directed every iteration — the sorting arms sitting one station behind you, the shopping breaks between rush hours, priority parcels getting colours, the bays reshuffling each franchise: those are my calls, argued over and then built. There is no image-model art here at all; every visual is a rectangle drawn in code, and the sound is synthesized oscillators, not generated audio. The whole development log is in the repo, including the balance simulations and the design arguments I lost.

I'm telling you this up front because you'd rather know, and because the thing I want from you — where did you stop playing and why — only works if you trust the question.
